The Alitherm 700 Parallel window, designed by Smart Aluminium and manufactured by Alchemy Architectural Aluminium Systems Limited, is an ideal solution for improving natural ventilation in a building whilst ensuring security and safety.

 

This versatile system suitable for both low and high-rise commercial buildings is ideal for integration into curtain wall facades. It can be also used as a replacement window in existing structures or new-built developments.

 

The Alitherm 700 features internally beaded vents that support either cockspur or shoot-bolt locking mechanisms and is compatible with chain operators, which can be used individually or integrated into automated building climate control systems.

 

Additionally, with Smart Aluminium's advanced polyamide thermal break technology significantly reducing thermal transmittance, energy efficiency is ensured resulting in low overall U Values and achieving a WER A rating.
